Breaking Ground in Environmental Research

We are an academic lab that partners with community groups to investigate pollution from CAFOs and research shifts to sustainable diets. Our team has conducted extensive research on topics such as antibiotic resistance and metal contamination in the environment, water quality, and the environmental impact of food, as well as strategies to lower dietary footprints.
